The Forge

Designed in software. Forged in the lab.

OAra Racks is the hardware line of OAra Labs — a software infrastructure company building agent infrastructure and applied intelligence tools. We rack our own AI hardware every day: Sparks, minis, Pi clusters, the lot. Every part in this catalog started as a fix for our own lab.

Nothing here is downloaded and reprinted. Each design is parametric OpenSCAD, written in-house and measured from the real device with calipers — then printed, fit-tested, and revised until it locks in on the first try.

Everything ships in PETG, rated for 70°C continuous — because a panel that sits in front of a running Spark all day has no business being PLA.

How a part ships

01Measure Calipers on the real device — every dimension, port, and vent path recorded before a line of CAD.
02Model Parametric OpenSCAD: units, style, ports, and engraving are parameters, not redraws. One source drives every variant.
03Coupon Before a full panel prints, a fit coupon — a narrow strip with just the mount slots — must lock onto our rails first try. Keystone coupons must snap a jack in firm.
04Forge Printed face-down in PETG on textured plates: four walls, dialed infill, brushed front, no supports. Made to order in 48 hours.

// The parametric source for every part lives alongside the catalog — buy a panel, and the SCAD that made it exists.
