Mac Mini duo tower

Physics first: two M4 minis side by side need 262 mm — no 254 mm panel can hold them, which is why side-by-side mounts always end up covering the faces. This tower stacks the pair vertically in 3U instead: one centered column, both faces flush in full-width windows, LEDs visible, rear pass-throughs per bay. PowerReach paddle slots under each window reach the M4’s bottom-mounted power button. In active design — the geometry below is our current revision.

// design intent

Two bays, stacked: each mini sits flush in a full-width window with 1.8 mm side lips, a vented deck, and its own rear cable pass-through. Tilt in from behind over the bay’s rear lip. Paddle slots under each window take the PowerReach lever for the bottom power button.

// Fits Lab Rax, DeskPi RackMate, and any 10-inch rack
