The OAra Rack
A 10-inch mini rack assembled like furniture: posts join the frames with dovetail tabs pulled tight by gold wedge keys — no screws, no heat-set inserts, no glue anywhere in the frame. Rails run full height with brass heat-set threads — #10-32 out of the box, the exact screws your DeskPi already uses, or M6 by parameter — so every panel bolts on with real torque, hundreds of times over. Carry grips are printed into the roof frame: lift a loaded rack by the frame, never by the gear. The roof carries TwistLock ears: your desk stack docks on top of your rack. Grows two U at a time by printing another post segment. In active design — the geometry below is our current revision.
Four posts, two frames, eight gold wedges: press-fit tabs, drive the wedges by thumb, and the frame is rigid — disassembles just as fast for transport. Rails carry brass heat-set threads; panels bolt on at standard EIA pitch with the same #10-32 screws a DeskPi uses. The roof is a TwistLock deck with grip slots.
